RECIPE: Decadent Porridge

As the mornings get colder (sad) what better way to start your day than with a warm bowl of porridge. 

You can add whatever toppings you want but here's our recipe for low FODMAP protein porridge. 



  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add rolled oats and water.
  2. Once the mixture thickens up, add the milk.
  3. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until thick.
  4. Pour to a bowl and top with all your favourite toppings.
  5. Add Fodbods pieces to the bowl and enjoy!
