RECIPE: Decadent Porridge
As the mornings get colder (sad) what better way to start your day than with a warm bowl of porridge.
You can add whatever toppings you want but here's our recipe for low FODMAP protein porridge.

- In a saucepan over medium heat, add rolled oats and water.
- Once the mixture thickens up, add the milk.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until thick.
- Pour to a bowl and top with all your favourite toppings.
- Add Fodbods pieces to the bowl and enjoy!
