Vegan Chocolate Fudge Protein Bites

These Chocolate Fudge Protein Bites are so rich and indulgent. Perfect dessert treat! They're full of protein, no artificial sugars and FODMAP friendly. Super easy to make and no appliances required. 

This recipe makes ~10 balls of approx. 150 calories each. 


  • 100g Unflavoured rice protein powder (you can find it at Source Bulk Foods)
  • 120g Peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, we use Mayver's Smunchy)
  • 80g Maple syrup
  • 20g Cocoa powder
  • 100ml Almond milk

The best part about protein balls is that you can add whatever you want! Optional additions include:

  • Chia seeds (good for fibre)
  • Hemp seeds
  • Cacao nibs


Place all ingredients in a bowl, pop on some rubber gloves and mix the ingredients together until it's all stuck together like play doh. Then roll into balls.
