Berry Quinoa Fodbods Pudding

If you love a simple and wholesome brekkie but need something different to the usual oats, definitely give this quinoa pudding a go, this berry quinoa pudding recipe is definitely for you!

With quinoa flakes (100% quinoa) as the main ingredient, this pudding is packed with fibre and high-quality protein. This will give you with a sustained release of energy throughout the day, keeping you full for longer! Ground flaxseed (also called flax meal) and hemp seeds are both great sources of omega-3 ALA, which is a powerful antioxidant. 

Our favourite part of this pudding is (you guessed it) Fodbods, which add extra taste, a protein boost, natural sugar and healthy fat! Paired with fresh berries and walnuts, these toppings really work harmoniously to elevate the quinoa pudding.

  • ½ cup quinoa flakes
  • ½ to 1 cup soy milk (ensure it's made with soy protein, not whole soy bean)
  • ½ tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½  tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  • ½ cup berries
  • Walnuts
  • Hemp seeds
  • Fodbods! (any flavour)
  1. Mix all the base ingredients together in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, top the pudding with berries, walnuts, hemp seeds or any other toppings of choice.
  3. Add more milk if the pudding seems too dry.
  4. Cut up a Fodbods bar in little bite-sized pieces and place on top.
  5. Enjoy!
