Fruity, refreshing and with just a hint of sweet, these blueberry cheesecake paddle pops are so easy to make and a perfect dessert.
Ingredients (makes 4):
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
- 2 TBSPN Maple Syrup
- 1 TBSPN almond butter
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth (it should run thick and creamy!)
- Pour into moulds of your choice, then freeze for 4+ hours
- Pop them out when you’re ready to enjoy and leave at room temp for a few minutes to soften slightly
✨ You can be as versatile with moulds as you like, this lends itself well to smaller bite-sized moulds for little tummies too!
