High Protein Blueberry Paddle Pops

Fruity, refreshing and with just a hint of sweet, these blueberry cheesecake paddle pops are so easy to make and a perfect dessert.

Ingredients (makes 4):

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 2 TBSPN Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSPN almond butter

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth (it should run thick and creamy!)
  2. Pour into moulds of your choice, then freeze for 4+ hours
  3. Pop them out when you’re ready to enjoy and leave at room temp for a few minutes to soften slightly

✨ You can be as versatile with moulds as you like, this lends itself well to smaller bite-sized moulds for little tummies too!
