The perfect lunchbox treat!
Ingredients:
- 400mL Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk if you prefer)
- 1 TBSP Agar Powder (Agar works differently to Gelatin and it's best to do some experimentation beforehand!)
- 4 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 2 TBSP Cacao Powder
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Method:
- Pour milk into a jar, then add agar powder and stir. Transfer to a saucepan and let sit for 5 minutes to 'bloom'.
- Add cacao, vanilla extract and maple syrup, then stir over low heat until it's all mixed in and dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour into moulds, then refrigerate for 2 hours
- Pop them out and enjoy!
