VIral Choc Gummies

The perfect lunchbox treat!

Ingredients:

  • 400mL Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk if you prefer)
  • 1 TBSP Agar Powder (Agar works differently to Gelatin and it's best to do some experimentation beforehand!)
  • 4 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBSP Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

Method:

  1. Pour milk into a jar, then add agar powder and stir. Transfer to a saucepan and let sit for 5 minutes to 'bloom'.
  2. Add cacao, vanilla extract and maple syrup, then stir over low heat until it's all mixed in and dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into moulds, then refrigerate for 2 hours
  4. Pop them out and enjoy!
