The easiest Chrissy snack you'll ever make!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Rice Bubbles
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
- 3 TBSP Christmas M&M's (optional)
Method:
- Mix rice bubbles, coconut and M&M's in a large bowl
- Combine peanut butter and rice malt syrup in a heatproof microwave bowl or jug and heat for ~40 seconds
- Mix well, then pour into the bowl of rice bubbles and stir until everything comes together
- Line a square pan with greaseproof paper, then pour mixture into it and squish down. Fridge for 4 hours, then slice into bite size pieces
