Frozen Yoghurt Pops

With the heat coming in, there's nothing more refreshing than some fro-yo! You can change this up every time you make it by using other low FODMAP fruits, like lemon, pineapple, raspberries and even kiwi.

Ingredients:

  • 200g Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 4 TSP Vanilla Essence
  • 250g Strawberries, washed/hulled
  • 125g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Medium Banana (unripe, frozen)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender, and blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy
  2. Scoop and pour into icy-pole moulds, freezing for at least 2 hours

 

TIP: You can top the frozen yoghurt with nuts, chia seeds, desiccated coconut or fresh mint!
