Crispy Baked Potato Fries

This is a staple recipe that's so easy-peasy. The ultimate snack or side dish for any occasion!
  
 

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 large white potatoes (leave the skin on for extra fibre and crunchiness)
  • 1 small sweet potato (leave the skin on for extra fibre and crunchiness)
  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1 cm sticks then toss with oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and paprika then spread out on a prelined baking tray.
  4. Bake until crisp on the bottom, about 20 minutes, then flip and cook until the other side is crisp, about 10 minutes.
  5. Best served warm!
