DIY Trail Mix

This recipe is healthy, easy to make, and great for popping into lunchboxes or taking out on adventures (plus, it's gluten free and vegan friendly!). 

It's also super versatile so feel free to experiment with different dried fruits, nuts, and seeds to suit your taste and preferences.

The recipe below has a perfect mix of flavors and textures and is made with low FODMAP ingredients/serves to keep your tummy happy and satisfied!


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup crushed GF pretzels
  • ½ cup macadamias
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup coconut chips
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup pepitas



Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and store in an airtight container (yep, it’s that easy!).
