Gut Friendly Strawberry Oatmeal

Its plant based and low FODMAP so you can enjoy with no tummy aches or bloating! 

 

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 firm banana, sliced
  • + your favourite Fodbods bar, cut into cubes

 

    Instructions

    1. Blend strawberries, almond milk and maple syrup together until smooth.
    2. Pour smoothie mixture onto a bowl with oats.
    3. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until creamy.
    4. Top with chia seeds, peanut butter, banana, your favourite Fodbods bar and enjoy!
