Its plant based and low FODMAP so you can enjoy with no tummy aches or bloating!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 5 strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1/2 firm banana, sliced
- + your favourite Fodbods bar, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, almond milk and maple syrup together until smooth.
- Pour smoothie mixture onto a bowl with oats.
- Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until creamy.
- Top with chia seeds, peanut butter, banana, your favourite Fodbods bar and enjoy!
