High Protein Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- + your favourite Fodbods protein bar
- Crack the egg into a microwave-safe mug and whisk well.
- Add in cocoa powder and maple syrup and mix until well combined.
- Chop your Fodbods bar into small, bite-sized pieces and add to the cake mixture.
- Place the mug into the microwave for 45-60 seconds and ENJOY!
