High Protein Weetbix Slice

If you’re a fan of our Peanut Choc Chunk protein bars, chances are you’re going to love this recipe. It’s packed full of protein and choc-nutty goodness to keep you feeling satisfied and fuller for longer.

Like all of our recipes, this slice is low FODMAP (by ingredient, when eaten in the correct serving size) so you can enjoy with no tummy aches or bloating!


Ingredients (serves 16)

  • 8x gluten-free Weetbix
  • 1/4 cup (40g) of your favourite low-FODMAP protein powder
  • 1/2 cup (120g) dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup (110g) rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup (110g) natural peanut butter


  1. Crush Weetbix in a large bowl then mix through protein powder.
  2. In a separate, microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the chocolate, all of the syrup and the peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate peanut butter mixture into the protein Weetbix mixture and stir until well combined.Press into a lined dish.
  4. Melt the remaining chocolate then pour over the top.
  5. Place into the fridge to set then slice into 16 pieces.
