Description

Peanut Choc Protein Bars – Always a Winner!

We all know that peanuts and chocolate are a dream combination. Fodbods’ Peanut Choc

Protein Bars are the perfect way to enjoy it.

We combine a salty peanutty base, with crunchy peanuts and lots of sweet chocolate chips to deliver a taste sensation that keeps you coming back for more. This was our first ever flavour and it’s still the most popular!

Championed by dietitians for their amazing macros – over 15g of plant based protein and a balance of healthy fats and fibre, these protein bars keep you feeling full for longer.

These bars are ideal for when you need something quick and reliable. Try them:

●    Before or after a workout
●    A quick breakfast on the go, even dipped into your morning coffee
●    Chopped into little pieces and added to a trail mix

Like all Fodbods products, our Peanut Choc Protein bars are:

●    Made from simple and natural ingredients
●    Plant-based and vegan
●    Gluten free
●     Certified low FODMAP and gut-friendly
●    Made in Australia

Great taste and easy going!

Always sceptical trying new bars claiming to be IBS/ low FODMAP friendly but these bars have been great, no bloating or cramps after consuming, and tasty flavour, so can’t ask for much more!

That's absolutely brilliant Lexie! 🎉 Thrilled to hear you've been a loyal fan for years - that really means the world to us! That's a lot of first's you've had with Fodbods, it's an honour. 🩵

  • Made from 100% natural and organic ingredients – no additives, fillers or artificial sweeteners
  • Certified low FODMAP (the only ones in the world) – no tummy aches or bloating
  • Plant based and vegan
  • Gluten and dairy free
  • Dietitian formulated and endorsed
  • Protein packed – >15g per 50g bar
  • Available in 7 different flavours and two sizes (50g and 30g)
  • Kosher certified

Our bars are designed to be eaten at any time of day. Some ideas include:

  • A quick protein hit before a workout
  • Mid morning or afternoon snack
  • A trusted travel snack – for planes, overseas trips with foreign food
  • Chopped up and sprinkled on a smoothie bowl to boost protein
  • On the go snack for busy parents (who often have to share with their kids)
  • Warmed in the microwave and enjoyed as a dessert treat

Our traditional protein bars contain about 10g of sugar per 50g bar. They’re sweetened with a small amount of organic brown rice syrup. If you’re looking for a low sugar option, we recommend our Elevate Protein Bars, which have <5g of sugar per 55g bar.

Unlike most bars, Fodbods protein bars are made from 100% natural and organic ingredients – no artificial fillers, preservatives or sweeteners. They’re great as a pregnancy and breastfeeding snack when you need extra protein. Obviously check with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Our bars have a shelf life of 12 months and we make them regularly. They are not unsafe to eat after the best before date, they just won’t be as fresh.

The bars should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you're lucky to live somewhere tropical and warm, it might be worth storing them in the fridge to maintain their shape and texture.
