As with all our products, our Peanut Choc bars are certified FODMAP Friendly and are suitable for all stages of the low FODMAP diet. They're also 100% natural, vegan friendly and gluten free. They're super high in protein with just a hint of sweetness.

I transitioned to Fodbods about 6 months ago when my sports nutritionist recommended them. And now I've tried just about every flavour! I love them all but peanut choc chunk is definitely my fave. So delicious! Plus the customer service I've reeived has been amazing!

The only protein bar I will eat!

I have recently started a low fodmap diet and I found these protein bars. They are so light on the tummy and tasty. I can't believe I never knew these existed. I have eaten many different protein bars for so long that have upset my stomach and felt so heavy after eating and now I can finally say I have found a protein bar that makes my tummy happy after eating! I have only tried this flavour so far and it is sooo good but I am planning on trying them all. Thank you Fod Bods :)
