We're excited to share our current summer obsession: soft serve banana ice cream!
This recipe is super quick, easy, delicious and healthy – you literally only need 3 ingredients for the base!
To make, all you need to do is blitz the ingredients in a food processor/blender for about 3 minutes. Then eat!.
Obviously increase the recipe if you're making for multiple people ;)
Banana Peanut Soft Serve
- 1 Banana (firm for low FODMAP), chopped and frozen for ~4 hours
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Smooth Peanut Butter
- Splash of Milk (regular or plant based)
- Optional: Blitz 1/2 a pack of Dark Choc Nibbles for a delicious crunchy topping
Chocolate Banana Soft Serve
Using the Banana Peanut recipe as a base, then add:
- 1 teaspoon of Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Choc Chips.
Pina Colada Soft Serve
- 1 Banana (firm for low FODMAP), chopped and frozen for ~4 hours
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Almond Butter
- Splash of Plant Based Milk
- 1 tablespoon Dried Pineapple
- 1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
Coffee Soft Serve
- 1 Banana (firm for low FODMAP), chopped and frozen for ~4 hours
- 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
- Splash of Plant Based Milk
- 2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
- Choc chips (optional)
