I've struggled to get enough protein as a vegetarian who is also dairy intolerant, and these Fodbods protein bars and buddies have helped tremendously! They taste amazing, and don't upset my tummy at all, like so many other protein bars I've tried! I've gone through two sample packs, and about to start my third!

For the price and the taste - they are ok. Definitely not a snack with some of the bars. Very high in calories.

So good - flavours are yummy with no aftertaste you can get with other protein bars. They are the perfect filling snack on the go!
