A previous, near fatal, gut infection has left me with "fussy" digestive issues. Eating low fodmap foods is very helpful and it is great to find tasty snacks like the strawberry shortcake buddies bars. They are small enough to help with weight control, but filling enough to not need more than one at a time.

I take these almost everywhere I go so that if I need a quick snack I don’t have to compromise on quality of what I’m eating.

The Strawberry Shortcake Buddies Bar is another winner created with loving care by Vanessa and her team, choosing all natural healthy ingredients ! 👏 l love to have this yummy plant based bar for dessert or as an additional energy snack when on the go ! 🥰 Deliciously tangy with a great texture , it is very filling with the added benefit of being high in healthy prebiotic fibre.
