Description

Strawberry Shortcake Buddies bars have a soft spongy texture combined with coconut, dried strawberries and buckwheat kernels. The perfect sweet little treat for adults and kids alike, that will leave you feeling full of energy with a happy tummy.

Perfect size

These scrumdiddlieumpous bars are have just the right strawberry tart hit and crumbly shortcake texture. Perfect size for the afternoon tea snack.

Great pocket or clutch bag size just to top you up when your out to lunch with the girls especially when there’s not much on the menu you can eat. Love them.

Great Little Snack

A previous, near fatal, gut infection has left me with "fussy" digestive issues. Eating low fodmap foods is very helpful and it is great to find tasty snacks like the strawberry shortcake buddies bars. They are small enough to help with weight control, but filling enough to not need more than one at a time.
