I love both flavours ,I have them as an in between healthy snack when I am on the go . They are not too sweet so I do not need to feel guilty 👍

Raising the (protein) Bar

Yum oh, in fact double yum. These bars are the perfect size to slip into my backpack for a bike ride, or a hike. They’re also great to slip into my Grandson’s hands when he’s looking for a tasty, healthy snack or 2. They’re also great with a cuppa at home. So glad I discovered FodBods 🥰

My fave of all the Fodbods!

I really enjoy the taste and texture of the Raspberry Coconut bars. I find a lot of protein bars are too sweet for me, this combo of flavours is just right. I wish they came in the bigger size!

After Dinner Mint

These are the perfect little after dinner snacks, especially the mint. I have a big, sweet tooth and knowing this is something that will not only sit well in my tummy, curb the craving but also has nourishment. What more could you want!

Our bars are designed to be eaten at any time of day. Some ideas include:

  • A quick protein hit before a workout

Our traditional protein bars contain about 10g of sugar per 50g bar. They’re sweetened with a small amount of organic brown rice syrup. If you’re looking for a low sugar option, we recommend our Elevate Protein Bars, which have <5g of sugar per 55g bar.

Unlike most bars, Fodbods protein bars are made from 100% natural and organic ingredients – no artificial fillers, preservatives or sweeteners. They’re great as a pregnancy and breastfeeding snack when you need extra protein. Obviously check with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Our bars have a shelf life of 12 months and we make them regularly. They are not unsafe to eat after the best before date, they just won’t be as fresh. 

The bars should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you're lucky to live somewhere tropical and warm, it might be worth storing them in the fridge to maintain their shape and texture.
