Cookies & Cream Overnight Weet-Bix

It's creamy, delicious and tastes like Oreos! Such a quick, easy and nutritious gut friendly breakfast option.⁠


  • Base Ingredients:⁠
    • 3 x gluten free Weet-Bix, crushed ⁠
    • ¾ cup water ⁠or lactose-free milk
  • Yoghurt Layer:⁠
  • Toppings:⁠


  1. Combine Weet-Bix and liquid of choice then press firmly into a sealable container.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and Nibbles and then add to the Weet-Bix base.
  3. Top with melted chocolate and more crushed Nibbles before placing in the fridge to set.
