Cookies & Cream Overnight Weet-Bix
- 3 x gluten free Weet-Bix, crushed
- ¾ cup water or lactose-free milk
- 160g lactose-free vanilla yoghurt
- 25g Dark Chocolate Nibbles, crushed
- Dark Chocolate Nibbles, crushed
- Melted dark chocolate
- Combine Weet-Bix and liquid of choice then press firmly into a sealable container.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and Nibbles and then add to the Weet-Bix base.
- Top with melted chocolate and more crushed Nibbles before placing in the fridge to set.
