Low FODMAP Brekky Quesadilla

This quesadilla is healthy, super easy to make and low FODMAP (by ingredient). Perfect way to start the day!


  • 2 eggs
  • Your favourite low FODMAP wrap (we love Simson's Pantry - their Better For You range is certified FODMAP friendly)
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 small tomato, sliced
  • 1/8 avocado, smashed



  1. Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper then scramble over medium heat until cooked.
  2. Lay the wrap out on a board then place the cheese over half, topping with spinach, tomato and cooked egg. 
  3. Add the avocado to the other half of the wrap then fold in half to close. 
  4. Place the quesadilla back onto the pan (cheese side down, avo side up) and ENJOY!
Please note: we folded the wrap differently on TikTok but both ways work. You do you ;)
