Peanut Choc Popcorn Slice

Like all of our other recipes, this no-bake slice is low FODMAP (by ingredient, when eaten in the correct serving size) so you can enjoy with no tummy aches or bloating.
It's super easy to make, tastes incredible and features one of our yummy protein bars!

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup seeds of choice — I used a mix of pumpkin and sunflower
  • 1/4 cup soy protein crisps
  • 1x Peanut Choc Fodbods bar, chopped into small cubes


  1. Melt chocolate, as directed.
  2. Mix through peanut butter until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients then press firmly into a pre-lined baking tray.
  4. Place in the fridge to set before slicing and enjoying.
