FODMAP friendly snacks are hard to come by, let alone ones that are also healthy and tasty! That’s why we’ve created a range of wholesome snacks that everyone can enjoy (worry-free). 

Fodbods Nibbles are crunchy little sunflower seed bites, packed full of nutritious ingredients that will not only delight your taste buds but leave you with a happy tummy. Thoroughly researched and created to suit almost every dietary requirement, they’re the perfect snack for every occasion!

 

Ingredients

Nibbles are made from 100% natural plant-based ingredients. In addition to being certified FODMAP friendly, they’re also free from all common allergens.

Nutritionally, the sunflower and chia seeds make these little nibbles a great source of fibre and healthy fats. This means they’ll keep you feeling fuller for longer so you’re not tempted to snack on something unhealthy. These super seeds are also high in micronutrients, which are great for our overall health. 

Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and is naturally gluten-free. Just like the sunflower and chia seeds, buckwheat is also rich in minerals, various plant compounds, and fibre,  which is great for weight management, our gut health and blood sugar levels.

Low FODMAP Nibblers beware – these bites are incredibly addictive and it's tempting to eat the whole bag, however they are only certified FODMAP friendly for 30g serves. 

 

Yummy Ways to Enjoy Them

These crunchy little sunflower seed bites are super versatile. They’re perfect to enjoy on their own but are also a great addition to: 

  • Grazing platters 
    • Serve individual flavours in a bowl or scatter them across the board
    • You could also try crushing our Rosemary and Sea Salt nibbles to make your own Dukkah
  • Yogurt, muesli or smoothie bowls
    • Top your bowl with some Chocolate or Ginger Nibbles for extra crunch and flavour
    • Serve the Dark Chocolate Nibbles with some milk for a healthy coco pops alternative
  • Baked goods
    • Crush the Nibbles (Chocolate or Ginger) to top your next brownie batch or to form a healthy biscuit base for your next cheesecake
  • Mediterranean salads or soups
    • Use the Rosemary Nibbles as a healthy crouton alternative
