Orders placed before 2pm on business days will be dispatched the very same day (except during very busy periods).
Our orders are marked as "authority to leave" unless otherwise requested.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia
We offer standard (2-8 business days) and express (1-3 business days) options.
Shipping is free for orders over A$75.
New Zealand
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
We offer free shipping over NZ$120.
What happens if there's an issue?
Issues with delivery
Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Fodbods cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, disasters, Fodbods thieves (it happens!), etc.
If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact Sendle / Australia Post immediately as they'll be in the best position to help. We'll also do everything in our power to help get you your Fodbods fix ASAP, as we know how addictive they are.
Shipments returned to sender
If your order has been returned to sender, unfortunately we are unable to reroute or resend your order as our third party packing team does not facilitate this.
If you no longer wish to proceed with the order, we can refund your order, less shipping costs.
We can also organise a replacement order be sent. Please double-check your postal address prior to organising this with us. Also note that we have a $12 re-delivery fee that applies for the below reasons:
- The incorrect postal address entered at checkout, resulting in a failed delivery and your order being returned to sender
- Not picking up your order from the post office or courier depot causing your order to be returned to us
