Ingredients (serves 8)
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup rice bubbles
- + mini chocolate Easter eggs for decorating
Instructions
- Melt chocolate, as directed.
- Stir through the oil then add in the rice bubbles, mixing to combine.
- Divide the mixture evenly in a muffin tray, pressing gently to form a bird's nest.
- Chill in the fridge to set before filling with Easter eggs.
