Chocolate Easter Nests

Made with only 4 ingredients, this recipe is fun and easy to make and requires absolutely no baking. Gut friendly, simple and delicious. Need we say more?


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup rice bubbles
  • + mini chocolate Easter eggs for decorating



  1. Melt chocolate, as directed.
  2. Stir through the oil then add in the rice bubbles, mixing to combine. 
  3. Divide the mixture evenly in a muffin tray, pressing gently to form a bird's nest.
  4. Chill in the fridge to set before filling with Easter eggs.
