Description

Lamington Buddies bars are a delightful healthy take on the Australian classic – a spongy texture of delicious chocolate with lots of coconut. The perfect sweet little treat for adults and kids alike, that will leave you feeling full of energy with a happy tummy. 

What makes them awesome

  • No nasties: no GMOs, no sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, fillers or emulsifiers (they're bad for for your gut)
  • Plant based
  • Gluten free
  • Free from all common allergens (nuts, soy, dairy, gluten, eggs, sesame)*
  • High in prebiotic fibre
  • Less than 6g sugar per bar
  • Certified low FODMAP (no tummy aches or bloating)

Lamination buddies bar

Absolutely delicious. Bit restricted with a fodmap diet at the moment. What a joy to find these in my approved list!

Love These

The lamington buddies are my all time favourite at fodbods! I know these are marketed at kids but as an adult with fructose intolerance these are a lifesaver and taste amazing….especially dipped into a cuppa!

They are basically like eating a healthy version of a lamington! I cannot recommend them more highly!

Omg. BEST best best bar!!!

I’m not a lamington cake fan BUT these are the BEST EVER!!! If you like chocolate these are truly amazing. It’s like a treat bar lol. There are so delicious I have to stop my daughter trying to steal them lol.
