Amazing low FODMAP option

I don’t know what I’d do without these protein bars. If you’re on a low FODMAP diet you know how hard it is to find good alternatives. These are simply amazing.

My fav gut friendly bars

Love these they taste great, fill me up and they aren’t processed and don’t taste that way either. Currently live on them since I have a newborn baby and they are all lifesaver!
