I love the Mint Choc FodBod Bars, they are one of my favourites, they are a delicious protein snack with minimal carbs, great after a gym workout and gentle on my tummy :-)

I wish I'd known these existed before now. Perfect portion, easy to take out for a snack and so great to finally not get upset tummy from many of the muesli or protein bars on the market.

For those of us who need one at the ready at all times, these super tasty bite size snacks do the job , with no ill effects!
