If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact email@example.com and our team will happily assist you.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we do not offer refunds for change of mind purposes (unless the good are faulty).
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and we may require you to send photos / return the goods to us for assessment. If required to send the goods back to us, you'll have to pay for postage.
