Delicious! A real life saver for hiking and traveling overseas!

I took these delicious bars on an overseas holiday as they were delicious and easy to transport. I am sure glad that I did because finding Low Fodmap food in a different country can be tough when you don't speak the language. These bars saved me from staving! I made it through my trip and these bars helped supplement my meals.

Delicious!

These are all delicious! I’m not sure which ones are my favourites so I’ll have to get the mixed pack again. I would definitely recommend these if you are trying to increase your protein intake and if you have tummy issues or just don’t like the taste of other bars.

These bars are so, so yummy! They are nice and filling. I like to have mine for morning tea with a cuppa. No sore tummy afterwards! :)
