5 Ingredient Yoghurt Cake

We're not lying when we tell you this 5 Ingredient Lemon Cake is SO easy to make - and absolutely delicious. It's made with Chobani yoghurt and fresh lemon!

Ingredients:

  •  200g Chobani Fit Greek Yoghurt (Vanilla)
  •  2 Eggs
  •  2 TBSP Corn Starch
  •  1 TSP Lemon Rind
  •  1 TSP Sugar (or sweetener)

Method:

  1. Place yoghurt, eggs, lemon rind and sugar into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove and add in the corn starch, then blend again
  3. Scrape the sides to ensure you've got all the mixture, then pour into a cake dish
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 160 degrees for ~20 to 23 minutes
  5. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes, then dig in!


*You can also store this in the fridge for up to 2 hrs if you fancy a cold dessert.
