This recipe was inspired by one of our delicious protein bars - creamy peanut butter with chunks of sweet banana (yum)... It's healthy, super easy to make and will keep you feeling energized and fuller for longer!
Delicious, fun and easy, these wraps are the perfect snack, dessert or brekky on the go.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Simson's Pantry wraps (their Better for You Range is certified FODMAP friendly)
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 Banana & Peanut Butter Fodbods Protein Bar, sliced thinly (as pictured above)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients as suggested e.g. peel and slice banana.
- Spread the peanut butter and place the banana and protein bar evenly on the wraps.
- Top with cinnamon, roll and enjoy!
