Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 large white potatoes (leave the skin on for extra fibre and crunchiness)
- 1 small sweet potato (leave the skin on for extra fibre and crunchiness)
- 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cut potatoes into 1 cm sticks then toss with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and paprika then spread out on a prelined baking tray.
- Bake until crisp on the bottom, about 20 minutes, then flip and cook until the other side is crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Best served warm!
