Peanut Choc Protein Crispies

Ingredients:

• 2 cups soy protein crisps
• 1/3 cup honey (or syrup of choice)
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 3 scoops Fodbods protein powder
• 1/2 block dark chocolate, melted

Method:  

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Press into a lined tray then drizzle with melted peanut butter.
3. Place into the freezer to set before cutting into slices.
 
This recipe is also super versatile so feel free to experiment and add in extra ingredients or toppings, like nuts or seeds for some healthy fats.
