Delicious but…

Awesome product, consistent & good flavour and good protein levels. but always buy direct from here with caution, if you get a delivery and report one stale product immediately, the customer service is awful and told me it’s not stale, and then stops responding. It wasn’t like I was a first time customer, use to buy massive bulk orders at the time when I contacted them with a complaint either, clearly genuine feedback and not a scammer. I often purchase through third parties now instead of direct Because of this customer service issue. I’ve honestly had the stale issue only once but it was enough for me to be very cautious. I only buy this product because I can’t get anything remotely like it elsewhere and I worry every time until it arrives and I make sure it’s ok to eat; IBS and Diabetes means I got to carry this at all times as a go to snack to stabilise blood sugars without triggering ibs as there isn’t always food available. Also very handy in an emergency kit too, having ibs food during a crisis rather than access shelter food when no one understands/cares during a crisis.

Yes I do like these bars. They are a bit rich and dense, but I just have half a bar at a time.

The ingredients fit into my Fodmap diet which is great.
