for those on the go nibbles, that don't fill you up pre lunch , they are perfect with a warm beverage to wash them down !

Keeps me full for longer

I already liked the protein powder so thought I should try the bars as well. They are not very sweet but still tasty and you get used to it pretty quickly. A shake in the morning and a bar in the afternoons for snacks is a winning combo!

Great product

Bought for my husband but have started taking myself.

I’m impressed with how taking this has kept me full for quite a while. The flavours are good as is the taste, I’m not a huge fan of the aftertaste of the sweetener used but don’t find it bad enough to stop me taking it. My husband doesn’t notice the aftertaste at all.

Absolutely NO bloating, the same as all of the Fod Bods products that I’ve had.

Will order again, very happy.

Best ever!

This was the best vanilla protein shake I’ve tried…..and I’ve been through dozens! I make mine with almond milk and a couple of ice cubes and it was so thick and creamy, keeping me full until lunchtime too.

Elevate protein is really versatile and can be enjoyed in a range of different ways. Here are some examples:

  • Shake with water/milk for a quick protein hit before or after a workout
  • Add to smoothies, mix into yoghurt or oats for an extra protein boost 
  • Perfect for high protein desserts
  • Great for travel – keeping your gut healthy and full

The recommended serving size is 30g (2x scoops) for a daily protein boost.

For increased muscle gains, we recommend increasing the serving size to 45g (3x scoops). One of the most important amino acids for muscle synthesis is Leucine. For optimal results, you want to aim for 2.5-3g of Leucine per protein serve. By increasing the serving size to 45g, you’ll meet this amount.

Our Elevate protein contains a diverse range of soluble and insoluble fibres to support digestion and improve gut health (bye bye bloating!).

Soluble Fibre (Green Banana Resistant Starch, Acacia Fibre, Guar Gum) creates a gel in the gut, which can slow down digestion and feed the gut microbiome.

Insoluble Fibre (Pea Fibre) adds bulk to stool and helps keep things moving.

Yes, our Elevate protein has a full amino acid profile! Some protein powders add artificial BCAAs to their formulations, but we’ve achieved this naturally by combining a range of complementary plant based proteins.

Yes! In each tub you’ll find a scoop that delivers exactly 15g of protein (2x scoops per serve). 

You can also purchase one of our deluxe stainless steel scoops that’s perfect for scooping out of the bottom of the tub. 

Our protein has a shelf life of 24 months. 

After opening, make sure you re-seal the tub properly or transfer powder to an airtight container. Store somewhere cool and dark for optimal freshness.
