This delicious Lentil Dip is perfect for entertaining – low FODMAP, vegan and gluten free so no one misses out! It's also healthy so you can indulge without guilt.
There's a good chance you'll have these 6 ingredients in your kitchen so you can whip this dip up on short notice. All you need is a food processor / blender and you're good to go!
Note: FODMAP levels of canned lentils have not been tested beyond 1/2 cup so if you're sensitive to GOS, try to limit yourself to 1/5 of the total dip.

Ingredients:
- 1x 425g can of lentils (no added salt), drained
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp low FODMAP Moroccan seasoning from Mingle
- Salt, to taste
Optional toppings
- Parsley
- Sesame seeds
- Crumbed feta
Instructions:
