Fodbods Elevate protein bars are made from 100% natural ingredients – no artificial fillers, preservatives or sweeteners. We do use a natural sweetener called Allulose – you might want to check with your healthcare provider before consuming.

Our bars have a shelf life of 12 months and we make them regularly. They are not unsafe to eat after the best before date, they just won’t be as fresh. 

The bars should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you're lucky to live somewhere tropical and warm, it might be worth storing them in the fridge to maintain their shape and texture.

Allulose is a naturally occurring rare sugar that tastes very similar to regular sugar but contains around 90% fewer calories and has minimal impact on blood sugar levels. It is found in small amounts in foods like figs, raisins, and maple syrup.

Allulose may even help stimulate the release of GLP-1, a hormone that plays an important role in appetite regulation, blood sugar control, and metabolic health.
