This is a staple in my pantry now. Favourites ways to consume it are as a simple banana choc protein milkshake and as a protein brownie. I love it for its fantastic taste, the fibre content and the iron content! What a bonus. I struggle to get enough iron and this makes it genuinely easy and delicious while not disturbing my gut in the slightest. Bravo.

Great natural addition to porridge and smoothies for a happy tummy.

Tasty vanilla flavoured protein powder that’s easy to blend into anything from smoothies to porridge with natural goodness. I love the bonus recipe card too.

tasty to add to shakes and oats

I love my fodmap peanut bar bannana bars.

THe protein powder is a nice added extra to add to oats and shakes or add to muffins.
