Super easy FODMAP friendly pesto

How good is pesto?! Unfortunately one of the main ingredients is usually garlic = not FODMAP friendly. Lucky, it's super easy to make your own!

Here's my recipe for delicious, healthy tummy-friendly pesto sauce. 


Haloumi Hash Burgers with Kale Aoili

I'm just going to put it out there – these are the best veggie burgers I've ever eaten. I hope you'll agree. My good friend shared this recipe with me and I'm now excited to share it with you.

These delicious Haloumi Hash Burgers are FODMAP friendly and gluten free. They take about 45 mins to make (it's worth it, trust me) and the recipe is enough for 4 burgers.

5 Ingredient PB & Raspberry No-Bake Slice

Here's a deliciously healthy slice that you can whip up in 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients. Store in the fridge and indulge when you're craving something naughty. 

They're filling, low in sugar and can be made vegan (chocolate) and gluten free (oats and chocolate).

If you’re looking for a quick on-the-go breaky or snack, this is for you !

With only 6 ingredients, this super easy chia pudding is bursting with omega-3, fibre and vitamins! It won’t take you long to make (10 steps) and you'll be thanking yourself in the morning when you're in a rush. 

Double the recipe and separate in little jars to prep for a few days, or just trial with one... but we’re positive you'll be back for more!
