- No tummy issues
Keeps me full for longer
I already liked the protein powder so thought I should try the bars as well. They are not very sweet but still tasty and you get used to it pretty quickly. A shake in the morning and a bar in the afternoons for snacks is a winning combo!

Bought for my husband but have started taking myself.
I’m impressed with how taking this has kept me full for quite a while. The flavours are good as is the taste, I’m not a huge fan of the aftertaste of the sweetener used but don’t find it bad enough to stop me taking it. My husband doesn’t notice the aftertaste at all.
Absolutely NO bloating, the same as all of the Fod Bods products that I’ve had.
Will order again, very happy.

Best ever!
This was the best vanilla protein shake I’ve tried…..and I’ve been through dozens! I make mine with almond milk and a couple of ice cubes and it was so thick and creamy, keeping me full until lunchtime too.
