In honour of our delicious new Banana Peanut Butter Bars, I made a Banana Peanut Choc Chip Slice. I think this is actually one of the most amazing things I've ever made – I think you'll love them too!
It only takes about 10 minutes, followed by 25 minutes of baking. It's low FODMAP, gluten free and pretty healthy for a slice.
The texture is to die for – moist and a little bit chewy. I like to eat it straight from the oven, or microwaved for 20 seconds to melt the choc chips.
